Moving Day
I'm moving my blog to the newer version in which you can make changes easily instead of messing with the template. My first post will be a repeat of the one I wrote on May 3. The name of my blog is Onwards (still).

Thanks Jeff. I'm just not the competitive sort. Also, my focus is staying "on program" (and letter the numbers take care of themselves). It worked well for me the last time; I expect success as well now and in the foreseeable future. I wish you and the other challenges success in getting rid of the lbs.
